Halls of Healing is an integrative life coaching practice where I teach, encourage and support women how to change their lifestyle habits in order to reverse the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and/or to prevent the onset of the dis-ease. This includes developing a healthier mindset to demolish self-limiting beliefs and to use food as medicine while continuing to enjoy the foods you love the most.
So often you give all of your attention to the needs and desires of your children, your life partners, and your careers, but you give very little to yourself. You settle for what is left after you help everyone else, and as a result you become run down, unhealthy and unhappy especially when realizing that you haven't accomplished all of your goals. This pattern leads to a mental and physical beat-down which is self-inflicted through bad food, negative self-talk and no self-care.
My job is to help you feel empowered to take the steps needed for sustainable change and help to create a phenomenal life that is healthy and free from dis-ease.
